Properties
● Excellent viscosity reduction in dispersing titanium dioxide and filler. Effectively improve the content of titanium dioxide and filler slurry.
● It is especially recommended for solvent-free epoxy floor coating. For epoxy filler slurry and titanium white slurry, it has excellent viscosity reduction and storage stability, which can effectively reduce bubbles during production and construction and promote leveling.
● Due to its acid value, it may increase the cross-linking of the catalytic baking paint system. Pay attention to the change of viscosity during storage.
Incorporation
Should be incorporated to the mill base before pigments adding.
Suggest addition
Inorganic pigment 1-3%
Titanium dioxide 2-4%
Storage stability
Lower than 5℃(41°F), there will be liquid lamination, which attributes normal phenomenon.Keep intact 24 months in original package.Products beyond the storage period may continue to be used after inspection. The container must be closed immediately after use.
