Properties
?High M.W. block style dispersant is effective by interaction of the pigment affinity group and pigment surface, and media of low M.W polymer.
?The barrier film caused by low M.W. reduces attraction force between pigments particles so that gets a better stability for dispersing.
?Excellent color-rendering ability and gloss for carbon black.
?It's suitable for 2-pack and thermosets system, except thermoplastic acrylic paints.
Incorporation
Should be incorporated to the mill base before pigments adding.
Suggest addition
Inorganic pigment 1-10%
Organic pigment 15-35%
Carbon black 25-100%
Storage stability
Keep intact 24 months in original package.Products beyond the storage period may continue to be used after inspection. The container must be closed immediately after use.
