Application system
Conductive carbon nanotube slurry
Property
?Provide steric hindrance, which can significantly reduce the viscosity of the conductive carbon black slurry; improve the fluidity of the slurry;
?Reduce the sedimentation, flocculation and other adverse phenomena of the slurry, and improve the storage stability of the conductive carbon black slurry.
Incorporation
Add to NMP, stir and dissolve at 10% solid content. Then add it to conductive carbon black and mix for grinding.
The above suggestions have little impact on resistance, and the optimal addition amount needs to be determined through a series of experiments.
Suggest addition
Addition amount to carbon nanotube: 20-100%
Storage stability
Keep intact 24 months in original package. Products beyond the storage period may continue to be used after inspection. The container must be closed immediately after use.
