Application area
wet grinding of alumina slurry in water-based system
Key property
?Provide steric hindrance to improve the slurry solid content;
?It has excellent wetting and dispersibility in wet grinding of alumina in water system;
?Improve the redispersion of alumina powder after drying;
?Can meet the requirements of dispersed particle size D50 ≤ 300nm, D90 ≤ 600nm, and D99 ≤ 900nm before and after drying of alumina.
Usage method
Add Dispersant XOANONS®LD 1238-45 W-2 to the deionized water, stir evenly, and then add the powder to disperse and ground according to the formula.
Suggested dosage
Add amount (purchased form) is based on powder material 5-20%.
Storage stability
Seal and store away from light. Unopened in the original package for 24 months. Products beyond the storage period can continue to be used after passing the inspection. The container is not fully used and unprecedented, and must be closed immediately after use.
